The lead segment for today's show was "Seeing Red: Infrared Cameras and Security Devices".

We live in the era of Security and Surveillance and FLIR Systems (FLIR) is going to win a lot of the money from the government's security and surveillance programs. They make some great infrared and thermal imaging devices, such as cameras and scanners, in addition to night vision and infrared signature detection equipment. Additionally, Jim thinks FLIR could also benefit greatly from the Dubai Ports deal, which Jim believes will ultimately occur. This is a great surveillance and security stock story.

Riding the Rails

Genesee & Wyoming (GWR) is the greatest railroad you've never heard of because it is the dominant shortline railroad company, which is the only way to profit off of railroads. GWR is a great growth story and their stock has gone up big in the last year.  GWR is also doing well in Australia, and that makes this a great shortline railroad stock according to Jim.

Beating the Racket

Greenberg thinks Sunrise Senior Living, Inc (SRZ) is a yellow flag because it's accounting is difficult to understand. Jim says two thumbs up.

Greenberg is also worried about Marchex Inc. (MCHX) isn't growing, but Jim still likes it.

Both Cramer and Greenberg are worried about Harley-Davidson, Inc. (HDI).

Chip Shot

Applied Micro Circuits Corp. (AMCC) is another optical network stock play. Recently Jim says this stock has been a dog. Jim has hated AMCC in the past, but it's so cheap in an up and coming segment, Jim now likes it. Now, AMCC product is in short supply, plus they have a new product that is the next step after DSL.
