The lead segment for today's show was "Getting Defensive: Making money off of port and homeland security".

If you want a good port security stock, OSI Systems Inc. (OSIS) is it. This is a small company with great technology to help make our ports safe, in addition they have a nice health care business they acquired from antitrust litigation. OSIS's Rapiscan products are used to scan cargo, people, baggage, etc. and OSIS has some new security scanning products in the works. OSIS is a great homeland security stock.

Smoking Hot

Jim thinks that despite the fact that smoking is down significantly, that you should buy Altria Group Inc (MO). Asia will still be a big market for Altria and the financial outlook for this company, Jim believes, is still great especially with its 4% yield.

This space for rent

Office space demand in NY is going to double in the next fiver years. This could be good for the REIT Vornado Realty Trust (VNO). Cramer says they have an excellent management team. So, get in on this great REIT stock before it hits $100.00.

Gibraltar Industries

Jim likes Gibraltar Industries (ROCK) and had the CEO on today.
