The lead segment for today's show
was "Stocks on Sale: Stocks that are incorrectly on sale,
separating good stocks from bad stocks".
Jim is going to be thematic,
focusing on when a stock pulls back and becomes an opportunity
to back the truck up. Jim wants to teach us how to trade these
kinds of stocks.
Other than today, the market took
a hit this week. Now is the time to separate winners from
losers. Jim says the way tell the difference is by finding
companies that reported great numbers their last quarter, shot
up, but dropped because the whole market was down.

Attention Martek Shoppers
Martek
Biosciences Corp. (MATK)
reported a great quarter, but still their stock took a slide.
They specialize in a healthy algae food additive and won a big
contract for Walmart baby food. They also are on the verge of
closing a few other contracts. This is a great food additive
stock.
Optical Effusion
Finisar
Corp (FNSR)
is part of the fiber optic segment. Right now the fiber optic
cycle is turned. Finisar just reported a monster quarter. This
is on is a little tougher because you have to look at the 6 year
chart versus its 10 day chart to see the full picture. Jim says
now is the time to buy, even though the stock might drop a bit
more, which only represents more buying opportunities. Remember,
Jim says, half of where a stock goes is determined by the sector
it's in, and the fiber optic segment is hot. Get in on this hot
fiber optic stock.
Wireless Wonder
Qualcomm
Inc. (QCOM)
is a great stock with strong wireless growth worldwide which
helped them report great numbers. Nonetheless, there stock
dropped a few smackers. Jim says buy this CDMA 3G technology
stock right now.
