Jim thinks there is a bull market
in optical communications and wants you to buy Avanex
Corp. (AVNX).
AVNX is another two dollar, cheap fiber optic network stock.
So why is AVNX a winner? Because
carriers are spending lots of money on new optical networks to
compete with cable companies, the companies that make components
for fiber optic networks will make a lot of money. That's where
AVNX comes in.
This fiber optic bull market
should follow an 18 month cycle. When this cycle is over, the
Avanex trade is over.

is a company that helps keep baby boomers looking young.
Treating varicose veins is huge, and will grow as the baby
boomers continue to age. Right now 12-15 million Americans have

thinks this isn't just a great varicose treatment stock, but a
great vanity stock. That's why Jim is backing the truck up.
Keepin' It Realty
Education Realty Trust Inc
(EDR)
has a fabulous yield and offers the second best niche in the
business. They buy properties around college campuses - mostly
in the South - fix them up and rent them. Jim thinks this stock
could explode as EDR heads into the West and the Northeast, plus
the yield. This is a great, high yield REIT.

Sigma-Aldrich
Corp (SIAL)'s
CEO was on the show and Jim gave the company two thumbs up for
being a well diversified and balanced company.
