The lead segment for today's show
was "Word is Bond".
America's huge debt means one
thing: Invest in Moody's
(MCO)
because it has great earnings and growth in a non-competitive
industry. Plus, Warren Buffet likes it, so Jim says buy.
Baggage Check
Airports are doing a terrible job
of checking baggage. That's why Jim wants you to buy Analogic
Corp. (ALOG),
which makes a better baggage scanner system than is currently
being used, plus they do medical scanning. This is a great
company and their stock is on a roll. Jim has been waiting for a
pull back, but it hasn't happened yet. So, you can buy a little,
but you should wait for some kind of pullback before buying too
much, Jim warns. Don't buy your whole position in this company
all at once right now.
Beating the Racket
Aqua
America Inc. (WTR)
is liked by Jim, not Greenberg because he says it's a momentum
stock and that, that is dangerous for this company, so investors
be wary. Jim still likes as a trade.
Intercontinental
Exchange (ICE)
was liked by Jim, but Greenberg says it's trading too high and
Jim kind of agrees and says sell.
Carmike
Cinemas (CKEC)
is NOT liked by Jim, but Greenberg actually kind of likes this
company because they specialize in small town America, and it
could be a takeover target.
Secondary Sources
Secondary stock splits are how to
get a great deal on a hot stock. Usually, when the secondary is
announced, the stock price will drop, then rise big. That's why
Jim wants you to check out China
Medical Technologies (CMED).
Call one of the brokers doing this deal and buy some of
secondary, says Jim.
Also, Jim suggests Central
European Media Enterprises (CETV).
This is a hot stock that should pull back on the secondary -
only buy the secondary.
